How to Run Clickbank Affiliate Offers on Adcash

How to Run Clickbank Affiliate Offers on Adcash

Adcash is a DSP focused on mainstream traffic.

At the beginning, it was a managed only platform.

This basically means every user had a personal account manager who helped in pretty much everything regarding campaign set up, segments, optimization, and etc.

Usually, you name it, they’d be there for you.

Hence, now, Adcash also has a self-managed platform that lets users set everything by themselves, just like you’d usually do on other networks.

With the easy-to-use platform, you can run, manage, analyze and control all your campaigns in one place.

It takes less than 3 minutes to set up your own campaign and you can choose from different ad formats including Pop-Under, Native Ads, Push Notifications, Interstitials, and Display Ads.

Plus, Adcash receives around 200 million ad requests every day from their exclusive supply and more than 200 trusted RTB partners.

I heard that they still offer dedicated account management if you need extra help and guidance from their team.

For high spenders, it can become further flexible in many aspects to fit your needs and even allows you to create landing pages and banners for free.

Once you feel your activity on Adcash reaches a high level of activity, then, request from their customer support, an introduction to a Sales Manager.

Cool right?

The best thing about this?

In case you wanna make a change on your campaign, you don’t need to wait for the Account Manager to do it for you.

Basically, the platform has two main types of traffic: Desktop & Mobile Web.

You also have 2 campaign creation wizards: Express & Advanced.

Both offer the same features, but the layout is different:

  • Advanced: a 4-step campaign creation wizard which allows you to run your campaign across all their available ad-formats (obviously, the bid type you will choose later will matter: you could not run all ad-formats into 1 campaign if you choose to go CPC, which is not available for Pop-Under).
  • Express: a 1-page campaign creation wizard for a specific ad-format which you initially choose to create a campaign for.

Let me highlight here a few features worth mentioning, available on both campaign types.

This is the part where I would like to refer to the User Interest feature, which can be quite interesting.

First of all: what’s that all about?

What the heck does “user interest” mean?

Simple: user interest targeting will display your advertisements and offers for users that have shown interest exactly in what your offer has to… well, offer.

For example, if you’re promoting a game offer, whenever the users visit a site, regardless of the site’s theme being gaming or not, your ads will be shown to them directly.

This is different from contextual targeting, which targets the site’s category (also available feature), in which case your advertisements would be displayed on gaming-related websites only.

How does this work?

Well, Adcash’s engine tracks the user’s preferences while they browse the web, mostly through cookies.

When the data is stored, and after a certain threshold, the user will be labelled as having interest in a specific topic.

Also, the tool is probably more complex than that, but that’s one of their technological secrets I guess, since they own and operate all the technology they provide.

This tool can help you create campaigns that are super detailed, mega concrete and highly targeted!

This is as I’m sure a player of your wealth and status already knows is gonna lead to higher margins and ROI, as they decrease the spending on unnecessary and uninterested users.

What do higher margins mean?

It means you’re gonna make it rain like a master who spends money faster!

Also, the other amazing feature they offer and deserves a special mention that early in the review, is their CPATarget bid type, which is a dynamic and automated CPM bidding type, where you let Adcash know your CPA goal, set up a tracking and let the system do its job.

It will find converting segments for you, focus on them and automatically stop or lower the bidding on non-converting or too expensive ones.

Essentially, you create your CPATarget campaign, check if it starts to convert after a couple of days, if so,then,  sit back and relax.

Creating a campaign on Adcash is easier.

It’s easy and cool since the platform has a pretty good interface.

Plus: it’s all very intuitive, even if you happen to be more used to the targeting aspect rather than the tracking options.

Anyway, the setup options are quite good, so let’s get to it quickly!

First things first: you will need to have your “creative URL” ready.

This is the URL of your offer or your tracking code from your tracker.

Below this field, you will see the list of available macros Adcash allows you to use.

Therefore, when configuring your URL, you should include all the macros which are relevant for your activity.

Moreover, you should pay that sweetly special attention to the clickID.

Now, if you will run your campaigns with CPM or CPC, I still recommend letting Adcash track your conversions with their pixel, so you are able to track your campaign’s performance.

Basically, If you can configure tracking and especially if the offer you run has an action to track an action (signup, download, install, purchase…), then you could use the powerful CPATarget bid type for full automation and the only effort you are left with, is setting up the campaign.

oh wait, I forgot to mention they have a campaign duplication tool!

That being said, make sure you first configure the tracking if you go for CPM or CPC, but if you go for CPATarget, the great thing is that the campaign creation wizard will ask you to choose between three tracking methods, namely Global Postback URL (S2S) – a single setup for all your campaigns, Campaign HTML pixel – one pixel per campaign (very outdated and inaccurate tracking method), and Hybrid HTML pixel – works like Global Postback URL (S2S) but is implemented in your “Thank you page” source code.

A shortcut to the tracking page, will appear once you have created the campaign.

To create a tracking code for your CPM/CPC campaigns (you could also create additional pixels if you want and let Adcash track as much as you want), you should go to “EVENT TRACKING” on the menu and select “CREATE GOAL.” Then, choose your preferred settings.

The user interface will display the code created for you to copy it and implement it as needed.

In the parameter “advertiser=”, your advertiser ID on Adcash should be displayed.

In the parameter “id=”, the pixel unique ID is automatically filled by Adcash too.

As for the“cid=” parameter, you should replace it with the external ID token for your tracker or affiliate network platform. (I.e. for Voluum, it should be cid={externalid}).

It’s also worth mentioning that Adcash doesn’t yet have a pre-built template on Voluum but it does on other tracking platforms like BeMob, Binom, Thrive, RedTrack, Adsbridge and Peerclick.

Meaning what?

That you will need sometimes to add the tokens manually.

Pros & Cons Of ClickBank

Personally, I really like ClickBank and I think it’s a fantastic place for new affiliate marketers to get started and earn money online without the hassle of more advanced affiliate networks.

Moreover, there’s no cap, you don’t need to be approved for 90% of the offers and you can start selling straight away.

Trust me, that’s a huge plus when you get started and have no track record to show to those big affiliate networks, basically.

Should You Use AdCash for Desktop or Mobile Traffic?

Although there is a lot of demand for mobile traffic, this doesn’t mean that desktop traffic should be ignored, as it will still generate a lot of conversations in general.

As I have known, many will be looking for a platform that can be used in both instances.

If that’s the case, then AdCash is for you.

There are two main elements of traffic which are Desktop and Mobile.

There are also two options available when it comes to creating campaigns, which are Advanced and Express.

Advanced create campaigns across four steps and allows users to create a campaign that invokes all ad formats.

If you choose a CPC pricing structure, then clearly you will not be able to use the pop-under ad option.

As expected, the Expressed options is a fast way of creating campaigns, only requiring one step to launch.

There are also several options available when it comes to your audience, referred to on the AdCash platform as “user interest” and allows you to target those who are interested in the service or product you have to offer.

All the advertiser must do is check in to see that the advertisement is having the desired effect, and let the conversions roll in.

It’s important to make sure that the links you are sharing are of value.

For example, if you’re just creating links to content that’s not relevant, then it’s likely you will lose traction with the online target audience.

Registering for Adcash

Regardless of whether you are registering as an advertiser or a publisher, the application process is quite straightforward.

Simple, simply fill in your details and choose whether you will be using Adcash for publishing or advertising, and if your website passes Adcash’s quality guidelines, you are good to go.

Will AdBlockers Interfere with Ads?

One of the main concerns among the online marketers with any form of advertising is whether the advertisements being displayed will be cut off using ad blockers.

Also, the Adcash platform features an anti-adblock solution, meaning that advertisements are displayed 98% of the time.

Furthermore, both advertisers and publishers can maximize their profits when using Adcash.

Overall: Is AdCash Really Worth the Investment

Regardless of how you are looking to win an audience, there will be an element of cost involved.

Of course, it’s understandable that some will want to take the cheapest route available, but this could mean that the user is met with a lot of “bots” as opposed to real traffic.

The use of bots can cause adverse effects for a website, so it’s always advisable to encourage engagement from genuine users.

AdCash ensures a clever algorithm to ensure ads are primed to strike a chord with those viewing them.

This makes sure that there is more likelihood of page visits, which in turn means more conversions.

As such AdCash is certainly worth an investment from those looking to increase their brand awareness and can also be the ideal platform for those looking to make use of the active target audience.

This is a wicked platform with great, genuine traffic.

It has its limitations, but, then again, don’t we all?

Adcash is a nice option for you to buy traffic from, in case you’ve got a decent budget to start playing the affiliate marketing master game!

Once you get the hang of it, you can make some dollars to send to your fat bank account.

That’s it for now, folks!

I hope you’ve enjoyed this article.

Let’s keep the money rolling in!

In my experience, ClickBank is a great, simple place to start replacing things such as Adsense or Amazon revenue for real sales.

It basically tends to generate much more revenue if you manage to make it work.

Basically, you can use this in other affiliate programs or even for your own products to promote.

Be careful though because offers do occasionally get pulled.

You need to be very sure you have a backup offer in case this happens or you’re ready to create a backup yourself.

I hope this article inspired you to get out of the “easy” monetization methods and showed you that it is possible to build a long term property, also, be seen as a value adder and yet make money with Clickbank.

Enjoy learning..!
